Welcome to the Laura Crawford Williams stock photography website.

Laura is an award winning, internationally published wildlife photographer and writer. She earned her master’s degree at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in biomedical and surgical art and has bachelor’s degrees in visual arts and scientific illustration. Other career experience outside of photography includes 3D biomedical animation, as well as educational and entertainment software production. These career experiences strengthened the art and story telling skills that she now uses in her photography.

Laura transitioned into full-time wildlife photography in 2001. Since that time, she's traveled the world photographing and telling stories about the natural world in which we live. In 2008, she and Buenos Aires business partner German Ambrosetti started Frontera Wildlife Photography Adventures. They specialize in photo adventure trips throughout Argentina and Patagonia. In 2010, she began roadstoriesblog.com, a travel blog describing their experiences and telling stories of the people and animals met along the way.
